Rare Kicks At 19 Weeks?

Is it okay po na hindi pa magalaw ang baby at this stage? Nagwoworry po ako kasi small kicks lang ang nararamdaman ko tapos minsanan lang din. It's been almost 3 mos since i last visited my oby due to ECQ ???
