Is it okay not to drink Anmun/Promama while pregnant? And drink other Milks like Bearbrand Adult Plus or Anlene instead? TIA

Yes po, ako ndi naman nirecommend mag inom ng gatas. Nakakalaki din kase kay baby. Basta kumkain ka din ng foods na may calcium like yogurt okay naman.
