Technically, babies are not allowed to be brought to crowded places especially if they haven't had their vaccines.. Their immune system is too weak thus mabilis sila kapitan ng sakit and sa crowded place, hindi mo alam kung ano meron skt ung ibang tao dun.. But based on my experience, I am bringing my baby once in a while kapag walang mapagiwanan.. And so far, ok naman sya. So it is up to you momsh.
