Hello, okay lng po ba magtake ng Vitamin E (katulad nong sa Myra E) while taking oral contraceptive pills? Not breastfeeding po. Thank you!

breastfeeding kaba? if yes, its not advisable for you to take vitamin E higher than 30 IU.
