Okay lang po ba pag sabaying inumin yung vitamins?

Anong vitamins? Ang iron dapatmga 30 minutes before kumain ng breakfast. Para daw mas maabsorb yung iron. Ang calcium and multivitamins usually after kumanin ng lunch.

Parehas na multivitamins. Multivitamins + iron tapos multivitamins with lysine. Parehas ko silang tinitake ng gabi 😅
