medyo delikado po actually if 1st tri ka pa lang (for my opinion lang) pero kung active lifestyle ka talaga prior your pregnancy (like workouts, jog, gym, running, or any sports) pwedeng okay lang.. kung di ka naman maselan din pwede rin. pero better na ask your OB din po.. kasi pag ganyang mga weeks medyo bantayin pa po kasi for any cramps and bleeding po. . pwede kasi magtrigger ng ganyan yung pagod po.
