Is it okay to drink one bottle of yakult daily? As I'm suffering from severe constipation and realised that yakult helps to relieve the constipation a little bit better. I'm currently pregnant for 11 weeks going 12.

Take yakult in moderation. Maybe try out other solutions so you can shift strategy and not rely on Yakult all the time
