Shower during confinement?

Is it ok to take a warm shower during confinement? Assuming we will immediately blow dry our hair. And if using herbal bath, how to use them? Just pour the herbal bath water over body? Need to rinse off?

Once a day either in the morning or afternoon. Wash hair once every 2-3 days. Shower with warm water and finish off with herbal bath water.
