Sa mga wala pong ref, pano po kayo nag store ng breastmilk niyo?

Ok po kaya yung sa styro na cooler then lalagyan na lang ng yelo? FTM po ako. Nasa province po kasi kami ng partner ko, sa family niya. Wala lang po silang ref. Feb-March po EDD ko and plan na po namin dito manganak. Mga April-May pa po siguro kami babalik sa 'min, dun po may magagamit na kaming ref. Gusto ko po sana mag pump at mag store ng breastmilk para sure na dadami yung gatas ko. Thank you po! #firsttimemom #breastfeeding

I understand the concern — when there’s no fridge, it can be tricky to store breast milk. Using a styrofoam cooler with ice packs can actually work well for short-term storage. Just make sure the milk stays cold and that you’re storing it in clean, airtight containers. You can keep it in the cooler for about 24 hours. Once you’re back home and have a fridge, it’ll be much easier to store your milk long-term. Don’t stress, mama, you’re doing a great job planning ahead for your baby’s needs!
