Sa mga wala pong ref, pano po kayo nag store ng breastmilk niyo?

Ok po kaya yung sa styro na cooler then lalagyan na lang ng yelo? FTM po ako. Nasa province po kasi kami ng partner ko, sa family niya. Wala lang po silang ref. Feb-March po EDD ko and plan na po namin dito manganak. Mga April-May pa po siguro kami babalik sa 'min, dun po may magagamit na kaming ref. Gusto ko po sana mag pump at mag store ng breastmilk para sure na dadami yung gatas ko. Thank you po! #firsttimemom #breastfeeding

You can definitely use a styrofoam cooler with ice packs to store your breast milk if there’s no fridge available. It’s a good temporary solution, especially if you don’t have a lot of space to store milk. Just make sure the cooler is tightly sealed and that the ice packs are regularly replaced to keep the milk cool. Keep in mind that breast milk can stay safe in a cooler for about 24 hours. Once you’re back home and have access to a fridge, you’ll be able to store your milk more long-term. It’s awesome that you’re planning ahead for your milk supply!
