Sa mga wala pong ref, pano po kayo nag store ng breastmilk niyo?

Ok po kaya yung sa styro na cooler then lalagyan na lang ng yelo? FTM po ako. Nasa province po kasi kami ng partner ko, sa family niya. Wala lang po silang ref. Feb-March po EDD ko and plan na po namin dito manganak. Mga April-May pa po siguro kami babalik sa 'min, dun po may magagamit na kaming ref. Gusto ko po sana mag pump at mag store ng breastmilk para sure na dadami yung gatas ko. Thank you po! #firsttimemom #breastfeeding

Hi there! I’ve been in your shoes, and I totally understand how tricky this can be. When we stayed in the province without a fridge, I used a styrofoam cooler with ice packs, just like you're thinking. It worked for short-term storage, but I made sure to check the ice and replace it often. The key is to keep the milk at a safe temperature. Once you're back home and have a fridge, you’ll have more options for storing it. You’re doing great planning ahead — I’m sure you’ll figure it out and do awesome with pumping and storing!
