Sa mga wala pong ref, pano po kayo nag store ng breastmilk niyo?

Ok po kaya yung sa styro na cooler then lalagyan na lang ng yelo? FTM po ako. Nasa province po kasi kami ng partner ko, sa family niya. Wala lang po silang ref. Feb-March po EDD ko and plan na po namin dito manganak. Mga April-May pa po siguro kami babalik sa 'min, dun po may magagamit na kaming ref. Gusto ko po sana mag pump at mag store ng breastmilk para sure na dadami yung gatas ko. Thank you po! #firsttimemom #breastfeeding

Hey, congratulations on your pregnancy! Using a styrofoam cooler with ice packs can work temporarily, but just be cautious. Ice packs will only keep the milk cold for so long, and if they melt, the milk can warm up quickly. It’s best to replace the ice every few hours. If you plan to store more than just a few hours' worth of milk, you might want to check if there’s a pharmacy or local service that rents mini-fridges or freezers. That way, you can safely store your milk while you're away from home. I know it’s not ideal, but you’ll make it work — good luck!
