Sa mga wala pong ref, pano po kayo nag store ng breastmilk niyo?

Ok po kaya yung sa styro na cooler then lalagyan na lang ng yelo? FTM po ako. Nasa province po kasi kami ng partner ko, sa family niya. Wala lang po silang ref. Feb-March po EDD ko and plan na po namin dito manganak. Mga April-May pa po siguro kami babalik sa 'min, dun po may magagamit na kaming ref. Gusto ko po sana mag pump at mag store ng breastmilk para sure na dadami yung gatas ko. Thank you po! #firsttimemom #breastfeeding

I totally get the situation you're in. When I had my baby, we also stayed in the province for a while and didn’t have a fridge. What I did was use a styrofoam cooler with ice packs to store my breast milk. It worked okay for short-term storage — just make sure you’re replacing the ice regularly to keep the milk cold. It’s not ideal for long-term storage, but it should be fine for a few hours or a day at a time. Once you're back home and have access to a fridge, it will be easier to store your milk safely. You’re doing great planning ahead for your breastfeeding journey!
