Opo, as long as pregnancy-healthy ang diet. Less fat and salt, controlled sugar intake, more intake of vitamin-rich foods. Need po ng diet lalo na sa 3rd trimester para hindi masyadong lumaki si baby at magpahirap sa panganganak mo.
