Is it ok to latch baby on one side while waiting for stored bm to heat up, and then latch baby on the other side after if baby is still hungry?

yes, it’s ok. The best is just to latch first. If baby is still hungry, then you feed stored bm

Yes normally i will just latch don't heat milk faster easier too.
