FISH OIL AND FOLIC ACID

ok lang po ba uminom ng Fish Oil and Folic Acid kahit dpa buntis?? pero gusto na po mabuntis?? thanks po sa sasagot

folic acid yes. you can consume it 1+3mos before you get pregnant. for fish oil im not sure po.
