May multivitamins po na nireseta sakin yung OB. 2nd trimester onwards. Obmin plus. Not sure lang po kung ok ung centrum sa pregnant.

    Mag multivitamins ka nalang po for pregnant. Iberet or Obimin Plus are good brands of pre natal vitamins
