I jumped and now worry about my baby

Is it ok to jump during pregnant? I avoided a strange animal yesterday and my first instinct was to avoid it --- i JUMPED. Now, you might be thinking, "What's the big deal?" Well, let me tell you, when you're preggo, every sudden movement feels like a potential disaster waiting to happen. So, there I am, mid-air, heart pounding, and all I can think about is whether I've just given my little bun in the oven the fright of their life. I mean, can you blame me? One minute, we're chilling, and the next, we're airborne – talk about a plot twist! Of course, as soon as my feet hit the ground again, the worry sets in. Did I just traumatize my baby for life? Should I call my doctor?

First thing, how many weeks along are you? If you're far along enough to feel your baby movements, just monitor the movements, or any unusual symptoms. Most likely you're alright coz the baby is cushioned by the uterus and amniotic fluid, so slight bumps and knocks don't affect the baby much
