Ako nung 7 months, everyday milk tea ko.. Ngayong 8 months nmn kape pero yun ang gusto ko kc kaya no choice din ako
Wag lang naman po madalas. No need to deprive urself just know ur limitations and bawi sa pag inom ng water.
