What to eat before C-section?

May OB adviced me not to eat anything starting 5am tomorrow onwards because my CS schedule is 10 or 11 am What should i eat starting now till tomorrow 4 am?

Normal food mommy. Basta bawal ka na kumain at uminom ng kahit ano start dun sa sinabing oras ng ob mo.
