Wash baby’s bottom without sink

Anyone dont have a sink in their toilet ? How do i wash baby’s bottom after poo if i dont have a sink in my toilet, when theyre newborn? Do i just use shower head and squat down on the floor as i scared if stand while holding baby, will be slippery and baby will fall of hand

You can get those ikea small stools so you can just sit without having to balance the whole time. Rest baby facing down on your entire hand (koala position) then make sure one hand is holding baby’s legs and let baby rest on your body so baby is fully secured, will get slightly wet but at least safer. Another alternative is to get a tub with baby net, then lay baby on top and wash.
