37 weeks on and off contractions

not yet water bag break but already have 2 red spots and on monday doctor have checked that im already 1cm. but now i keep on having intense contractions. should i just go to hospital or wait for the water bag to break?

yes time ur contractions to see the consistency. if you can labour in/near the hospital vacinity is good also. if suddenly fast progression, you have already reached.
