wear your binder. it helps so much sa healing (if cs). madali nakakakilos with it kasi hindi mo ramdam ang sakit ng tahi. also, it helps you get back in shape. 2 mos ok na ang cs wounds, but i chose to wear my binder for 8 months just because it helped me have my shape back kaagad. i dont have flabby tummy after giving birth.
