Normal po ba yung hingalin ka pag buntis? O kulang lang ako sa exercise kaya ganito?

Normal kasi mas mabigat ka than usual so extra effort to carry it around (like stairs) and I think ubos din ang energy kasi napupunta sa bata. Although, better to exercise regularly (like yoga) para lumakas. Also bring it up with your OB sa next visit, doesn't hurt to ask.
