ganyan din po ako nung unang OGTT ko mataas kaya pinaulit ako ng Ob ko after 1 month naging mababa na..bawas lang sa carbs saka sweets at more on water ginawa ko
mataas po un sa 1hour and 2hrs po. un result nyo po is lampas sa normal value sis
mataas ang result ng after 1 hour and 2 hours. consult OB for proper advice.
