No need to take meds po...more water,fruits and veggies lang for sure lalambot yan...water water water👍👍👍....iwasan mo din kumain ng nakakapagpa constipate..try mo din pine apple juice.
Normal lang kaya mapapa thank you lord ka every pupu mo 😂 kasi swerte na ang 2 days na pagitan ng pag dumi mo malas pag umabot ng 5-7 ang hirap na sobra ilabas.

no meds. normal lang ang constipated sa buntis. inum ka lang dami tubig at ska kain ka ng fruits.

Eat foods na rich in fiber tas more water po. Tas frequent small food intake lang.
Drink more water, eat more fiber food. And try to drink Prune juice 😊
ask OB may irereseta sila sau or better eat softfood
