Well.. sabi sa mga articles and books. 6 weeks if normal delivery but much better if may go signal na from your doctor 😊

I waited till 2months coz feeling ko di pa cya totally healed and when we did it, it was too painful talaga.

Kapag comfortable kana. Me, ni ayoko magpahawak. Naiimagine ko yung oras na nanganganak ako.
