Question about poop color?

Normal lng b ang ganitong poop? LO is 8 mos n pure breastfeed, may lagnat dahil nag iipin, medyo lumambot un poops nya n nag color green na may parang halong konting red dahil b yan s tempra n gamot n iniinom nya? 4x narin sya nka poop ngaun.. any advice or same expirience here?
