Much better inform po your OB, pero for the meantime eat ka po banana and apple, yan po naka help sakin, then nag hydrite din po muna ako nun para di ako ma dehyrate. then after mo mag poop wag ka po muna kaagad kakain or iinom, based lang po ito sa experience ko and my OB's advice, pero better ask nyo po yong OB nyo for proper assessment and medication
