First time mom

Normal lang po ba sa mga first time mom to worry a lot? Parang lage ka nagigising tuwing madaling araw para lang icheck ung new born babies nten? Share naman kayo ng tips pano ma-overcome to. Feeling ko nagkakaron ako ng anxiety.

Yes normal yan, mommy. You can never get rid of your anxieties to be honest but you can learn how to manage it. As long as nakikita mo naman na safe na si baby and comfy siya, in the coming days mejo Mapapanatag ka na din kasi mapapansin mo Na yung routine ni baby eh. Mapapattern mo na din yung wake, feed and sleep cycle. Keri mo yan. You're a mommy na kasi so anxiety is part of life na and it does mean na bad thing yon. Maternal instinct is real din kasi. Basta trust your instincts mommy, learn to control your fears/anxiety and try to relax and rest.

Magbasa pa
