baby's growing but i am losing weight

Normal lang po ba sa isang 25weeks preggy na naglolose weight? Last check up ko nung january, I was 66.1kg but recent check up ko this february, I lost 2kg which is 64.9kg. the midwife said I should gain weight, not losing weight. I have food controls kasi yung cravings ko is more on sweets kaya limit ako doon. 1cup rice din ako palagi but more fruits and veggies. Any advices moms? First pregnancy ko po kasi hehehe

Are you getting enough time to sleep po ba or baka napupuyat ka din? Eat small amounts in frequent time. Kahit mayat maya ka kumaen basta small amounts po para iwas nausea. Eat good carbs like saging na saba, nilagang kamote, and good fats like avocado. If concern mo po is sugar/sweets better switch to brown rice para mas okay di ganon tataas ang blood sugar.
