๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปNormal lang. Ang uterus kasi natin ay isang muscle. So every pregnancy natin, nagsi-stretch ito at lumalaki. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปYung sakit na nararamdaman mo everytime you breastfeed o yung tinatawag na afterbirth cramps ay dahil sa oxytocin ---- the hormone that's responsible for the contraction of the womb during childbirth and lactation. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปEverytime you breastfeed, oxytocin is released to your bloodstream which causes contractions. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปMasama ba yun? Hindi. Yun ang tumutulong na makabalik sa pre-pregnancy size ang uterus mo. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปMagkakaiba ang level ng sakit every after pregnancy. Kung first time mom ka, mild lang ang afterbirth cramps. Pero pagdating sa 2nd, (3rd and so on) baby mo, mas intense ang sakit. Parang dysmenorrhea actually. Ganon yung naramdaman ko noong nanganak ako kay Casey. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปPwede bang uminom ng mga pain reliever? Ask your doctor. Pwede mong gawin is gentle lower-stomach massage. Mararamdaman mo lang ito in a few days. Kapag tumagal pa, kumonsulta na agad sa doctor mo. #Breastfeeding
