Are you taking any iron supplements? If yes, they do sometimes cause the poop to be dark green in colour. Or sometimes greenish black. http://www.babycenter.com/0_baby-poop-a-complete-guide_10319333.bc

This shows ure taking more iron food and ur newborn couldn't process all of it hence the dark green poo color. It is fine
