constant headache at 14 weeks!

Is it normal to get a headache across the forehead the whole day? Its been 3 days.. how long will it last ? Any remedies to relieve it ?

yes i had terrible headache, but was given panadol only. taking panadol didnt worked,i had it for more than 3 weeks so i went to another clinic, and they gave me smtg else and it works.
