No blood spotting happen

Hi, is it normal for a first time preggy mom to not experience vaginal blood spotting?

Yes mommy. Totally healthy po ang pagbubuntis nyo at hndi maselan. But extra careful pa dn po wag masyadong pagurin ang sarili.
