Feeling mabigat ang puson

Is it normal to feel this at 4 months and a half? Feel ko talaga ang bigat lang ng puson ko 😑 and ihi ako ng ihi is it normal po ba? Or baka nata-touch na ni baby yung urinary bladder ko kaya ganito feeling?
