EDD keeps changing

Is it normal for the edd to keep changing and moving up? Is the ultrasound accurate because it says baby is 1week ahead of this app. #1stimemom #advicepls

The estimated edd is calculated by size. So if the edd on the ultrasound is further than the last menstrual date calculation, it just means your baby is bigger than average. The detailed scan at around 11 weeks will be the most accurate and will be used to decide edd

Hi Annabelle, It’s normal for edd to fluctuate. Keep in mind, hardly anyone delivers on their edd. 😅 It’s just meant to be a gauge.

Yes mine keeps changing as well.. just follow and keep to gynae’s official EDD..

Yes it’s normal. Mine keep changing as well, from 28/11 to 15/12 to now 04/12
