dark skin..,dark patch..., start having it when i'm start to pregnant..,

Is it normal???..., dark skin at neck,armpit,thigh&at pubic area???..,

Yep. It will slowly lighten up after delivery. Neck and armpit will usually lighten faster than thigh and pubic area.
