Fever and Diarrhea after vaccination

Is it normal for my baby to have diarrhea and fever after her first immunization vaccination? thanks in advance

Fever yes, pero diarrhea hindi ko pa naexperience. Best to ask a pedia siguro mommy.. Lalo diarrhea is a big no no for babies.
