Baby not moving/kicking

Is it normal for baby at 22 weeks to stop moving inside your womb? Previous weeks the baby is kicking hard but since last night when I was so tired and fall asleep ard 750pm woke up 1am and sleep again til 8am I cannot feel my baby moving. Is my baby just tired also? Or should I be much more worry now? ?

Eat sweets stuffs , lie down and see if u can feel any movement. If not trust ur instinct and see ur Gynae.
