Is it normal for babies to have flat head? And does the head shape really get back to normal by 2 years old?

My baby had flat head since 3months old. I let him sleep with the pillow with hole. Now he is 14months old. His head shape slowly back to normal.

Not really.. depends on how the shape of yr babys head.. best determined by ur Pd ok
