Fever after vaccination

Is it normal for 1 year old baby to have fever after her 1 year vaccination? When should I get worry? We went to nearest clinic and she took some medicines but her fever never get down.

Yes..give her medicine every 4hrs and check her temparature too. Cold compress will help as well while ur baby is asleep. If her temparature is still higher than 38°,it is best to bring her to pedia.
