depende sa OB yan kng irerequire ka nya mag cas. ako kasi hindi nirequire pero ako nag insist na magpa cas for peace of mind since 1st baby and 1st pregnancy ko to. sabi pa ni ob usually ung mga nirerequire na mag cas is ung nagkaron ng history of miacarraige, kung meron history of genetics abnormality sa family at ung mga 35y/o and above na nagbubuntis.
