Did anyone skip their NIPT and relied on just the scan for down syndrome instead?

This is my second pregnancy, for the first pregnancy (2 yrs ago) I done FTS. And detected the birth defects and done abortion. This time I also just done FTS and skipped NIPT. Advised by doctor if FTS high risk only go for NIPT. This time round I get a good result in FTS, super lucky. Baby now 13 weeks.
