Any advise working sa gabi at onsite? I'm working as a call center and ang travel time ay 30-1 hour

same po tayo mami I'm working night shift as a security i work for 14 hrs from 6pm to 8am continues lng po ako sa pag inom ng vitamins and folic hopefully maging ok pa rin c baby.. I'm not saying this para maging kampante po kayo sa pag work ng gabe still consult your OB doctor.. ako po kase wlang choice kundi mag trabaho 10 weeks pregnant po ako
