Night shift ang work schedule ko, paano ko kaya maiisisingit yung exercise time at anong the best routine para sa mga night shift sched. After ba ng shift? Or before?

I think, mas maganda if before your shift. And then kunting kembot lang after your shift. Pwede din naman in between your rest time.. Ano bang klase ng exercise ginagawa mo? For me, more on dancing ako. And walking.
