Cramps and nudge

My niece nudged My tummy with her knee slightly not big impact. Before that had sex w dear hub. When we went to watch movie, had some cramps in the tummy which lasted for few seconds then no bleeding what so ever after that. Am 18plus weeks pregnant, pls advise if everything shld be ok

Should be okay. But if the cramps are persistent or get worse, then go see your gynae or if it happens at night, go to the emergency department (NUH/SGH/KKH) where they have on call gynae doctors.
