Menses like cramps

Hi. 37 weeks here. I've had menses like cramps every 15 to 20 minutes or so which lasted for about 10 seconds. Is this braxton hicks or signs of labor?

It is either or. Hard to tell but definitely monitor. Early signs of labour will generally progress to faster intervals and more painful. take care and good luck!
