Avoid eating too much white rice, white breads and sweets. Eat plenty of leafy vegetables. You can eat frequently po pero in small amounts lang. Mas ok po kung may blood glucose meter kayo at home para mamonitor mo. Mas ok na idaan mo sa diet para hindi ka mauwi sa insulin

Try mo momsh ung okra na hatiin tpos ibabad sa 1 baso ng tubig then after an hour inumin mo ung tubig.. Mejo slimi sya.. pro efective naman
