BIOFLU PARA SA SIPON

ni-reseta sakin ng OB ko yung bioflu sabi ko sa kanya may sipon ako pwede daw yung bioflu then nag basa ako dito sa app na to na di daw pwede sa buntis.. di ko na tuloy ininom kahit nireseta sakin ng doktor.. medyo nagworry kasi ako 3 times ko palang naman nainom since yun nireseta ni dok. Every 8hrs.

safe po ang paracetamol sa buntis lalo na kung prescribed naman ni OB pero kung worried kayo you can use natural remedies naman. more water intake, calamansi juice with honey, gargle with salt water, fruits and veggies, and take some rest.
